If you recall, one of his victims was his daughter Stephanie, who was also on the show. One of his other victims was a SECOND daughter.

Yes, Hayden seemed to be a dick on the show. The truth is, he was NOT the owner of the place, though he had started it. His company "lost" some machine guns, and the ATF was not very happy about that. He was legally removed from the company as an owner.

Yes, but he was only convicted yesterday. He's been waiting for trial a long time.
