not bad at all, but probably not ideal for breakfast. i think pork is one of the easier meats to digest, but if youve got physical activity to do afterward, its best to eat light and eat something quickly digestible.
i have vitamineral green supplement drink 30 minutes after my iodine solution in the morning. probably not as tasty as your pork links.
if i might make a suggestion: if you eat meat, always include a leafy dark green vegetable with the meal so that it will help absorb and flush some toxins in the meat out of your body.

I eat daily broc, cauli, cabbage, kale, brussels and fresh spinach for greens. Also daily carrots, tomatoes, sweet peppers, cucs. For fruit daily kiwi, bluebs, apple, banana, strawbs and lately pear, apricot, watermelon, plum. 75% of the veggies I eat are uncooked. When I say daily I mean that I eat like that probably 5-6 days out of the week. It's a routine but a really good one.

I've been into nutrition all of my adult life and frequented 'health food stores' back in the 70's when healthy nutrition was looked upon as hippy dippy crap and health food stores were a real oddity. We eat virtually no processed foods. An occasional pizza or In N Out hamburger lunch after church is the only 'junk' food we ever eat. Soda is nonexistent in our diet although the two females have an affinity for sugar in the form of dark chocolate and home baked goods. I've never been a dessert person but I do scarf down some dark chocolate semi-regularly. You would not believe the typical diet of my daughter's classmates. We're headed for a health crisis of epic proportions in this country.

I just made a salad last weekend with about 5 different kinds of tomato. I thought it came out really well. Some of the tomatoes were cooked and others went in fresh, which I thought was an interesting twist. Added to it was a little couscous and something I'd never seen before, an Italian pasta called fregola, from the island of Sardinia. Really interesting stuff. The pasta is small and round, about the size of a pea, and is toasted after it has dried. The toasting gives it a different flavor and texture after it is boiled. Not easy to find, but it was worth the search. relish.com/recipes/tomato-party-salad/

I likes my vegetables likes I likes my wimmens.... eaten raw. I agree, but the mix of cooked and fresh was an interesting blend of the same ingredient with the same flavors in slightly different form that was quite good. Try it.

I likes my vegetables likes I likes my wimmens.... eaten raw. the only one you should be cooking is garlic. the raw and cooked forms of garlic have different beneficial properties, as does aged garlic. blenderized is best, as all the cells are ruptured, making for better bodily absorption, but if you cant do that, chew your women well.
