We bought a smoked Boston Butt from a local charity last March and ate some of it. We put about half of it in the freezer and I found it Saturday. Thawed it out, pulled it apart, put it in a crock pot, poured in a bottle of BBQ sauce from a local BBQ champion, and let it cook on low for 6 hours. Maybe the best BBQ I've had in a long while.
Edit: Had green beans and squash fresh from the garden. First planting of corn will be ready to pick in about 2 weeks. Tomatoes about the same time.
