This makes for some outstanding eating
6 yellow squash 1 large Vidalia onion 1/2 cup sour cream 2 blocks of extra sharp cheddar 1 sleeve ritz crackers butter
saute onion and sliced squash in sauce pan with butter and sprinkle with Himalayan pink salt, crushed pepper corns and garlic powder. Cook about 6 min. shred one block of cheese and mix with contents of sauce pan in a mixing bowl, add sour cream and mix together by hand
pre heat oven to 375 put everything in a casserole dish, grate 2nd block of cheese and sprinkle on top. Add crushed ritz crackers to top
let cook 30-35 min
Enjoy! Left overs are just as good

You can get the pink salt online at PuritansPride.com or somewhere like earthfair or wholefoods. Has a lot of beneficial minerals in it without all the sodium in regular salt
