Looks like Nebraska vs. Penn State may be a toss up while Stanford is favored over Florida:

Stanford may be one of the tallest teams in women's volleyball history, but Florida will be a tough out if they play their best, meaning plays better than against USC even though the Gators won. Stanford does have 3 losses so they are beatable. Florida and Stanford have quite a good rivalry going in women's tennis so we may as well add women's volleyball too.

It was a toss up between PSU and Nebraska and NU WON 3-2 and all five sets were close.

Florida beat Stanford 3-2 in the late match so Nebraska will get their chance at revenge for the early season loss at UF. It should be a great match for the highest stakes possible in women's college volleyball.

Nebraska took the 1st and 3rd sets while Florida took the 2nd, 4th, and 5th sets. The 5th set went to the Gators 15-11.

UNL beat UF 3-1 in a match that wasn't close from start to finish even though the Gators won the 3rd set:

Nebraska with the #5 seed had to beat #4 at their place to get in the final 4 and then beat both #1 and #2 to win it. Florida and Kentucky will make the sec a factor in women’s volleyball for the foreseeable future. You are right about Florida needing to reload. It can be done. NU graduated three big stars from last years final four team and won it all with a reload team tonight.
