What you cry about after that, Blind Wally? FIVE rounds mags? No mags? Or will you be good with 17 kids killed with two or three ten round mags? Answer the question.

I have answered it twice already. But hey, at least now you aren't claiming now that a 10 round magazine is sufficient to kill 17 kids. Swap out a modern pistol mag in less than a second, can you? Then what is your problem with mag size restrictions? Clearly, you aren't losing any of your rights, so why are you whining like such a little girl about it? Don't play that game with me, Blind Wally. It doesn't matter how many rounds a mag holds, it matters how many mags you have on you preloaded. Now answer my question you dishonest liberal ballerina. What happens after you get your national magazine restrictions, Walt? Then a mental nincompoop takes his gun with 10 round mags (plural, Blind Walter) and kills 17 kids in a school. Then what? How many f-ing times do you want me to answer this Q? For what....the 3rd F-ing time now? We do the best we can to refine the rules to attempt to stop the shootings. As with seat belts, when they alone were deemed not good enough, we added air bags. Same with guns. If mag size doesn't do it, then something else will be tried. If we cannot find something more effective within the boundary of the 2nd A protections, then we're done. We've done all we can do. Your problem is you wanna bitch and whine about that which has not even been suggested by anyone yet. Geez...you need a new hobby. Maybe you could take up the guitar.

In other words, the people are too stupid to fend for themselves, so we need the government and really smart guys like you to tell us how we must live. Classic liberal thinking, society is too stupid, we need to protect them from themselves, and we are omniscient so we know what's best. I tend to agree with the anti-gun folks, but it is the mindset you just punctuated that makes me leery of everything governments do. Tell me, Lz. Who is "the government"? Why does government exist in our society? What is its purpose? Do you understand the engineering of "crumple-zones" in auto design? No? Then you are...what word shall I use? Do you understand the testing protocol for a new flu virus vaccine? No? Hmmmm. What is that word? How about the manueverability requirements for a tank? Any idea? In short, yeah, we are individually stupid about a lot of what it is government does. That is why we created government. To put together our collective expertise in whatever it is we are not stupid about for the communal benefit of all. Why you fear that truly baffles me. I understand what government is for quite well, you condescending ass. We disagree on how big it should be and how intrusive it should be. Why you don't fear a government slowly gaining control over every aspect of it's citizens lives baffles me.

G "gains control" over car exhaust...air got cleaner, "gained control" over industrial pollution, rivers do not catch fire anymore, gained control over exits and occupancy and fewer people die in nightclub fires...and so it goes... Your problem is that you think all those rules were thought up on the fly by "THEY" just to gain control over you rather than for your benefit.

You nit-pick certain things to support your desire for the government to control our lives. Just because some ideas are good, it doesn't mean all ideas are good. I order some expensive medicines from Canada because it is much less expensive. Congress (both parties) refuse to allow Medicare to negotiate discount prices so in the U. S. I have to pay $468 each month for what I pay $260 for in Canada for 90 days supply. Look at government specs for just about anything they purchase and see why nearly everything they buy costs much more than what is available at the hardware stores. Federal construction costs are much higher than necessary because the feds demand social engineering into every contract. My list is as endless as yours

he forgot to mention also, "tearing bodies apart bullets" are banned from our military, as well as most of the worlds military's. Or, he believes the platform from which these rounds come from can instruct/program a projectile before it leaves the muzzle to defy the laws of physics at impact with a mass. Further, when he mentions "nobody hunts"..........well, he just full of shit. ie, he talks like a man with a paper asshole. The sad part is how many fools will believe his tripe because he's a 'military man' and must really know what he's talking about. NE oHIo for instance. When an AR-15 tears a body apart I wonder what the minimum and maximum amount of body parts are left scattered about. You have to strike a body pretty hard with an AR-15 in order to tear it apart. To the best of my knowledge, AR's have very few sharp, cutting edges on them.

Conservatives whined when Obama commented about religion and guns. Fred posts a video with a heading: "God, Family, Guns" It's like, only black folk can use the n-word. Only Gun nuts can call other gun nuts Gun Nuts. "Gun Nut" is a positive term. It refers to people who enjoy owning, collecting and using guns for legal sport. You have "gun nuts" confused with "nuts who get their hands on guns."
I guess you think "Deadheads" are people with no brains.

Magazine size is my biggest pet peeve. ARs and any gun that can take a large magazine simply isn't necessary for civilians to own. There is no justification for it whatsoever, IMO. I have no problem with an AR other than the fact that it glamorizes the gun in ways that are, well, just a bit unsavory for a civilian mindset...But that said, if it has a restrictor on mag size, something that ought to be an easy fix, I'm okay with it. We don't NEED justification for large magazines any more than you need justification to own a car that will reach 180MPH on an open highway. Why do you NEED such speed well in excess of the speed limit on any U.S. highway that I know of? Oh wait...... you don't NEED it. But it IS your right to own it.

Don't you have it backwards?

How does that work?

Last summer coming back from a short vacation on I110, We were going 75 mph. The speed limit was 70. A guy on a crotch rocket ( I'm assuming it was a guy ) went by us as if we were sitting still. He had to be hitting 160, 170 mph. Just a blur and then it was gone. It was around 11am. My only thought was "why"..?.. I'll never understand some people's need for extreme speed.
