The NRA doesn't sell guns??

I never said you can buy a gun from the NRA. The NRA is the spokesman for guns. They sell guns like any spokesman does. They're a giant 24/7/365 commercial for guns. They want everyone to go buy guns.

But they don't engage in the actual sales of guns. So the answer to your thread title is no they don't sell guns. Got it.

But they certainly are active in promoting firearm ownership to, and on behalf of, their 4.5MM members. Not much different than any org that champions any industry. AAM which replaced the AAMA comes to mind.

What reward? At X dollars per yr for a membership plus some ad money from their rag? AAM would laugh at those numbers, as would the AMA or the APA. And both of them have killed more than anyone. Add up the numbers.

Well OF COURSE the NRA wants every legally eligible person to own a gun.  They are in the business of promoting the RIGHTS of citizens to own guns, and to exercise those rights in a safe manner.

easy......$1.00 a year, from each member.....how much does the president of the united auto workers make? how much from each member? 40,000+ a year die on the roads each year due to automobiles. Do you consider your dad a murderer? he was involved for years in the manufacture of autos, i bet at least one he worked on, somebody died in.
