1. New baseball stadium increasing capacity to 10,000 will be available for the 20 season.
2. Softball renovation between the 18 and 19 seasons.
3. 130,000 SF standalone football/sports facility on site of the current baseball stadium when baseball moves to the new stadium.
Florida hasn't kept up with facility improvements over the years so these are much needed upgrades. I'll be surprised if the upgrades don't exceed the $130 million budgeted.
