Thought you said there 'was' marches in 800 cities. Make up your mind. There was. But there was 1 million people in Washington for that march. And in virtually every speech they told people to go vote and at a lot of these marches they were registering people to vote. www.google.com/amp/s/thinkprogress.org/student-activists-march-for-our-lives-voter-mobilization-df85985f3f04/amp/Student activists are also registering voters at the March for Our Lives Student activists across the country are ready to fight for solutions to gun violence during the March for Our Lives on Saturday, which was organized by students who survived the school shooting in Parkland, Florida. One of the ways students are preparing for the march is by making sure that marchers can also vote — or are at least ready to vote when the time comes. It’s not just students in the nation’s capital talking about the importance of voting. In Philadelphia, students organizing the march and young people working with local political groups are trying to make sure people register to vote while they attend the march. Organizers are working with the Philadelphia Young Democrats and a group called HeadCount, a nonprofit that usually stages voter registration drives at concerts to reach young people. The march will start at 10 a.m. in front of Independence Hall in Old City Hall and then marchers will head to Lombard Circle at Penn’s Landing for a rally. Before the march, there will be a gathering at Independence National Historical Park, and there will be voter registration efforts there as well. www.google.com/amp/s/www.bustle.com/p/what-is-vote-for-our-lives-the-march-wants-to-take-its-momentum-to-the-ballot-box-8595931/ampWhat Is Vote For Our Lives? The March Wants To Take Its Momentum To The Ballot Box Young people across the country are marching for their lives on Saturday, but that is not the only action that the Never Again movement has up its sleeve to convince D.C. and state governments to act on gun control. Voting was a key message in the remarks given by student activists at the march, and the March for Our Lives organizers already have a second action ready, Vote for Our Lives, which will work to register young people to vote. Here's your English lesson for today - Was, singular Were, plural I thought you said you graduated at the top of your class in HS? Must've been a class of real dumbasses who never learned proper English.

I wasnt a valedictorian, far from it And the school I went to stopped teaching English in 8th grade. Once you got to High school it was English literature. Up until then I got Cs in English. I never did care much for the class. Loved English literature though. Reading stories and books then answering questions. I was more suited for that. My main area of smarts was math and history. I once got a 104% A in a semester in Algebra.

I was brought up to always speak proper English and every time one of my grandkids uses a double negative I wince...

This was not organized by a handful of snot-nosed high schoolers. Those kids are publicity whores being used by the democrats to further their gun-control agenda.

Except the kids keep insisting you're wrong. But you're ok with the NRA and the Koch brothers paying off politicians to push the agenda you agree with. Just not the other side doing the same. Gotcha

Gotcha What do you think the NRA and/or the Koch brothers (who aren't fans of Trump, by the way) are doing that infringes on your constitutional rights? Well the NRA wants to force everyone to have a gun. I'm sure that violates something And you people got your head so far up the 2nd amendments ass that you can't even remotely be reasoned with. For like the 4,755,999,766th time we are not after your guns. You freaks love guns more than anything else on this planet yet you claim we are the ones with the problems.

I thought you were going to stop being stupid. So much for that, eh? No. I said I would stop being an ass hole. So you're saying you're still going to be stupid. Okay, good to know. The NRA does not want to force everyone to own a gun.
