If perjury is not grounds for removal, why did Newt "the Adulterer" Gingrich and Dennis "the Molester" Hastert vote to impeach Bill Clinton? You're contradicting your own troll dung, Dungkopf. You stupid ass! You claim to have two Ivy League degrees and yet you can't understand my little joke there. To explain, the Democrats in the Senate refused to remove Bill Clinton from office for perjury. Hence, Democrats implied perjury by a sitting president is not grounds for them to vote to remove him from office. Thus, I jokingly stated that Judge Kavanaugh could invoke the Clinton Initiative, but he'd have to become a Democrat so the Democrats in the Senate would not vote to remove a fellow Democrat. DID I EXPLAIN THAT CLEARLY ENOUGH THAT EVEN YOU COULD UNDERSTAND IT? If not, ask a 6 year old. Will the Democrats trot yet another hapless female troll later in the week? This is their game. You'd think a female with enough intelligence to be in law school at an Ivy League school would know that an alleged sexual assault should be reported. But, like the Obama birth location puppet masters, The Democrat puppeteers set these women up 30+ years ago because they knew even then they would need these stories in 2018. Are there some hapless men around just in case President Trump nominates a woman after someone finally realizes RBG has been dead for several years?

That's quite a trick, Walter. You leave Ra mey's stinky troll shite on the board and repeatedly delete my accurate rebuttals.
As for the Dung Troll's latest nonsense about the under-reporting of rape, I could write a book on the subject.
But the subject of this thread is Kavanaugh's long-term work for the Koch Machine.
Any relevant comments?

Democracy in Chains, by Duke University Professor Nancy McLean. It's a real life, multi-billion dollar, multi-decade conspiracy, Walter-- the actualization of the "misanthropic libertarian" political strategy of the racist, George Mason University economist, Buchanan. Kavanaugh is a product of the Koch Machine, as documented by his former colleague, David Brock. Now, let's dispense with the extraneous nonsense.

you have a link to that? or just wishful speculation? "The five topics are: Kavanaugh’s involvement in the judicial nominations of William Pryor and Charles Pickering during his time in the George W. Bush administration; his involvement in the Bush administration’s warrantless wiretapping program; his role in handling Bush-era detainee policy; and his awareness of the use of Democratic documents reportedly stolen by another GOP aide." www.politico.com/amp/story/2018/09/07/perjury-kavanaugh-liberal-groups-811254LMAO! Why is this just NOW a bone of contention? Face it. Demoncrats are DESPERATE.

I don't think they can impeach a nominee. But, maybe you could post a link to support that comment. He is a sitting judge who apparently lied under oath. He can be impeached and removed from his current judicial post.
IMO, this is what Schumer was referring to in the latest hullabaloo over rolling back Roe v. Wade.
If we can restore Constitutional rule under a Democratic Congress and POTUS, Kavanaugh should be impeached for committing obvious perjury during his GOP-controlled Senate confirmation hearings.
