I'm re-posting this reference to informed, scholarly ratings of U.S. Presidents only in response to Fred's recurrent wing nut disinformation and misrepresentation of President Obama's recent public critique of the disastrous Trump presidency. *
Fred doesn't know enough about American history, economics, (or science) to differentiate Koch-funded nonsense (e.g., the American Stinker) from reality.
Yes, we enjoy relative freedom of speech in the U.S., and Reagan abrogated the Fairness Act.
So, crooked billionaires like the Kochs, Scaifes, Rupert Murdoch, Robert Mercer, et.al. are free to spend billions on disinformation that promotes plutocracy, trickle down tax breaks, etc.
Therefore, educated, ethical citizens need to speak the truth in response to this modern deluge of plutocratic disinformation.
And, as we learned from the plutocratic "Swift Boat Vet" propaganda in 2004, as long as false information is repeated, the truth needs to be repeated, in response.
Trump ranks last in expert presidential rankings survey

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
How do you rank a guy with an 8 year losing record worse than a guy who has only been on the job less than 2 years and is enjoying GREAT success? When Trump's 8 years are finished, those "scholars" will be eating their shoes.

Huh, BS? Tell us what you would call a "losing record" during Obama's remarkable eight year performance after the Great Bush-Cheney Crash.
It is true that Mitch McConnell and the RNC Koch Machine tried to sabotage Obama for 8 years, but they failed.

Mutt's delusional post here is a very important example of how the right wing media in Trumptopia has promoted a completely false, revisionist concept of American history-- in order to repeat the same GOP policy blunders that created our Reaganomic national debt, the de-regulatory Bush-Cheney Crash and Great Recession, and the phony, multi-trillion dollar Bush-Cheney "War on Terror."
This is precisely what George Orwell was referring to in his prophetic novel, 1984, when he wrote-- "Those who control the past control the present, and those who control the present control the future."

A joke thread title, much the same as the author. Just goes to prove you can find anything on the internet no matter how bizarre and dishonest, much the same as the author.

Huh, Fred? Bizarre and dishonest?
This is the assessment of the informed experts-- the scholars at universities.
The truly "bizarre, dishonest" stuff is the Trump/Faux News, wing nut revisionist "history" that you and Mutt mistake for reality.

One important aspect of a "post-truth" subcultures -- like that of Trump troll Republiconism -- is the rejection of knowledge and true expertise.
We see this every day in Trump's administration -- the rejection of scientific and scholarly expertise in order to promote the interests of wealthy Trump donors. For example, instead of appointing expert economists as advisers, Trump picked the television host Larry Kudlow as an economic adviser.
Richard Hofstadter described this "anti-intellectual" tendency in American history in his classic work on the subject.
Here's the reference for the forum...
