Walt, Mike claimed he was leaving the politics forum because of name calling so you suggested he come here where name calling and bad behavior is not allowed. Then he comes here and does the same thing he does everywhere - name calling and bad behavior. Please uphold your rules. Thanks. You're wrong, but whatever. I didn't call Mike names or insult him like he did in this thread. Are we down to having posts deleted for not answering stupid questions now? |

There's a sea change happening with black and Hispanic voters, thanks to Donald Trump. And you won't be jumping for joy next Tuesday. Open your eyes. I'll ask again. Will the majority of Latino and Black voters be voting Republican next Tuesday? Yes or No they'll be a 38% of the voters you mention, swing right in the midterms. The black folks who now have a job, want to keep those jobs. they remember the near 30% unemployment rate (thanks obama) .....they got used to eating again. |

The first line of the 14th Amendment states: ‘‘All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside.’’
key phrase there.........BTW, the snyder act was never included into it, as that would have required "amendment", And in 1924 that still wasn't gonna happen. |

So if Trump can eliminate the 14th amendment that means the 2nd amendment can be eliminated from the next President? Are you claiming that an Amendment can't change or negate a previous Amendment? I'm claiming Trump cant do what he said hes going to do the way he wants to do it. And if his supporters are ok with Trump eliminating an amendment to the constitution then they are nothing but giant hypocrites. That's not what he's doing. He's getting rid of rulings/EO's that actually DON'T follow the Constitution. |

I can immediately do an executive order saying guns are illegal and anyone who has one automatically gets life in prison That's all legal? |
