If President Trump (or any sitting president) issues an Executive Order, then it will/must be followed until (ultimately) the Supreme Court says it is unconstitutional. So I run and win POTUS in 2020. I can immediately do an executive order saying guns are illegal and anyone who has one automatically gets life in prison That's all legal? It is until the Supreme Court rolls on the floor laughing as they rule your EO unconstitutional. Don't you know how government works?

If President Trump (or any sitting president) issues an Executive Order, then it will/must be followed until (ultimately) the Supreme Court says it is unconstitutional. So I run and win POTUS in 2020. I can immediately do an executive order saying guns are illegal and anyone who has one automatically gets life in prison That's all legal? Mikey, in case you haven't noticed, some of are sticking up for you. Don't cause us to withdrawn that support by asking such stupid questions and making asinine statements.

The first line of the 14th Amendment states: ‘‘All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside.’’ key phrase there.........BTW, the snyder act was never included into it, as that would have required "amendment", And in 1924 that still wasn't gonna happen. What is key about it? Subject to US jurisdiction? Yer in. I have heard one guy all day say it means something else...not unlike that guy who claims the 2nd does not mean what it plainly says it means. Nope. Trump is dead wrong. Even Paul Ryan agrees with me.
