I drove down to Monument, Colorado today to celebrate my brother-in-law's 75th birthday.
He grew up in Missouri and had a football scholarship to Kansas University as an RB (freshman) the year the Jayhawks recruited Gale Sayers.
Anyway, my brother-in-law likes Kansas City barbecue, and they ordered some brisket type barbecue stuff from Jack Stack Barbecue in K.C.
It was so good that I think I'm going to try to learn how to cook this stuff here at home, if possible. Truly awesome!

about the only good thing from Missouri. What? Why I outta !! You’re not from Missouri, although you may be stuck there. 😂 Truth be told I’ve lived there on 2 occasions. That said, I hate “Mizzou” and it’s fans...that’s what I was referring to.
