Got the butternut squash soup on its first simmer. Got the dressing done, half will be in the bird, the other half not. bacon is done for the broccoli salad.
start my famous pecan pies around 6pm, squash soup will get its second simmer then. bird gets stuffed and in the oven @ 225 at midnight. up in the morning to peel potatoes, third simmer for the soup. pan of dressing goes in the oven, broccoli salad gets put together........was expecting 40 for dinner, looks like it's going to be closer to 50. turning the TV room into a dining area too.
