LOL....your ignorance is very telling....... FSU.....Only team to start(pre-season) #1, NEVER drop, and finish the season ranked #1.... try that Bucky!!!!!!! 6 unbeaten, untied seasons says plenty, I think. How about you? Oh that's right, you did it in 1950, too. Let's recap that season... Troy State 26-7Randolph-Macon College 40-7Howard 20-6Newberry College 24-0 (I was actually recruited by them, ironically enough) Sewanee 14-8Stetson 27-7Mississippi College 33-0Tampa 35-19I would be interested to know how many of those school still have football programs (if they still exist at all, that is) but don't feel like looking it up. Simply reliving the fact that you played them was enough to bring a smile to my face. LMAO! As far as answering your question about whether or not these programs still exist you might check the Lsu schedule. They generally have several I've never heard of on theirs.... Nite-troll won't answer your about unbeaten teams either. FSU isn't in the Grown Man Football Club by any stretch of the imagination. They have just two in their entire history and one was from 62 years ago. BAMA has had 91 winning seasons with 32 of those being 10 win seasons and NINE undefeated seasons ( five of which came after FSU's 1950 undefeated season ) ;D

Bama always has and always will get preferential treatment from the SEC. Schedule 12 proves it. Bama single handedly blocked Auburn moving to the SEC East. That's why Mizzou is in the SEC East. What bama wants bama gets from the SEC. And don't you forget it either! BAMA is and always will be the flagship of the SEC. BAMA could pull a Texas and really get special treatment if they wanted to but instead they allow others to bask in our glory and reap the rewards from just being in our midst. If your not careful BAMA will take UGA from your division and replace them with ole miss, a team the Gators can't seem to beat. All the Tide has to do is say the word.... ;D

Boys, boys ............. this year is the only one that matters.
Make up a round robin tournament with alabama, Florida, Georgia, A&M and LSU. Let each team play the others 3 times and no one would get through it undefeated. These teams are all pretty even. If these teams didn't have to play SEC competition, they would all probably be undefeated. LSU lost 2 games this year by a total of 12 points. I'll continue to take them over anyone.

Nice try Coonass, Lsu has already lost to both BAMA and UF. They'd already be at the bottom of the leader board and they'd be the first one out without a doubt. BAMA has already beaten Lsu twice in less than a year and based on their last three pitiful performances I doubt that Lsu would beat any of those teams even once. Lsu isn't even in the hunt.

Troy State and Howard obviously still have programs but Tampa does not, which I knew. I didn't think Stetson did either but they are actually starting up again after not having a program since 1956 so I guess on a technicality, they count as having a program. Here are the rest... Randolph-Macon, Old Dominion Athletic Conference (D III) Newberry, South Atlantic Conference (D II) Sewanee (who claims to be the University of the South), Southern Athletic Association (D III) Mississippi College, America Southwest Conference (D III)

It took you long enough to bring up the '90s. Lmao.... Btw, in the 90s BAMA had a 28 game winning streak. What was FSU's longest winning streak? Longest winning streaks? Can I play in this one?

congrats to the tide. 2 more years and you can catch the 2 schools currently 2nd all time with 48 consecutive weeks in the top 5 (oklahoma '53-'57, ohio state '73-'76) and maybe catch miami (55 weeks from '00-'03). btw, only 2 schools have had 39+ weeks in the top 5 on 2 different occasions. miami had a 46 week streak from '90-'93, and osu had a 39 week stretch from '68-'70. miami holds the record of consecutive top 10 rankings (137 from '85-93, 41 weeks ahead of #2 nebraska '93-'98) also. mark scott tosu 81

MORON!!!!Sure! Currently BAMA is the defending BCS National Champion and is two days away from getting a chance to actually defend that title. BAMA has won two of the last three BCS National Championships, once with a 12-1 season and the other with a 14-0 season. Currently BAMA is the ONLY program still with a chance this year to become the first three-time BCS National Champion and the ONLY program still with a chance this season to become the first program to ever win back-to-back BCS National Championships.

Either way works fine for me but only Oregon and Oklahoma can really hang with Bama on most current streak stats. Here's another current streak stat for you.... BAMA has been ranked #1 at least once in each of the past five seasons. The last time FSU was ranked #1 was 12 years ago and they promptly lost to Miami and were booted out for good. ;D

Speaking of hanging...what was BAMA;s record from 1987 to 2000 ?Digging deep for that odd 13 year stretch aren't you? Show me any program that hasn't had a bad stretch. You can't. Regardless, even going with your odd self-serving 13 year stretch, BAMA still had a 28 game winning streak, 3 SEC Titles, 5 SEC West Titles, and a National Title. Not too bad for a "bad stretch", huh?
