Marinated some chicken breasts in Zesty Italian Dressing in the fridge overnight, and baked them in the oven. Took the last corn from the freezer and had corn on the cob, some pole beans picked last Saturday from a farm in South Alabama, pinto beans and corn bread. Deep dish blueberry cobbler with blueberries picked last summer and frozen.
Next week I'll till the garden area and get ready to plant in about 3 weeks. Working with my neighbors to plan what we will all plant for our food pantry for the needy folks in the area. Looking forward to being able to help those in need this summer.
