I tried to watch that game. After watching the PU UT game, it looked like something from the Gong Show. went to bed round the time it was 14-10

I tried to watch that game. After watching the PU UT game, it looked like something from the Gong Show. went to bed round the time it was 14-10

I stayed up for the entire um-tt game; you were the smarter one there. lol. ova-uo was nearly as unwatchable, as well. no doubt the boilers and the vols was not just more entertaining but so much better in terms of quality of play and obviously drama. and for a guy who admired mike cline as a player during the time we were both on campus, seeing his kid light it up and literally keep purdue in the game was pretty cool. I had the vols winning this one in my bracket and I'm glad I was wrong, but both teams were deserving of praise last night.

I had Tenn advancing in my brackets as well. The refs acted like most BBall refs, calls came depending on how tired they were. Under the basket, it looked like O-line vs D-line at times, play continued. two of the calls on cline came when the refs were pretty gassed.

I haven't seen Purdue, but they must be pretty dang good to take out Tennessee. JMHO, the Vols were the best team in the SEC in 2018/19. The best team doesn't always win. Did anyone see Auburn as a 5 spanking North Carolina as a 1 by 17 points? I didn't. I'll be sure to watch the boilers in their next game.

Auburn vs Ky should be a good game......War eagle anything like they were vs NC, and KY goes home. Hope Purdue has the same shooting touch against virginia.

Almost a repeat.............exciting game. Bad night for Cline not to be shooting. Edwards did all he could, one bad pass.
This is what the national title games should look like......they never do.

42 points. his teammates contributed very very little, and that included cline's opportunity to ice the game in regulation at the line. edwards was other-worldly, and deserved better. the rest of the boilers... not so much.

Yep, other than playing with his hair (which has to make ones hands slippery from the sweat) the center was non-existent.
