Ingredients: 10-12 large jalapeno peppers 1 package uncured apple smoked bacon (I get mine at Trader Joe's) 1 package cream cheese Two cloves garlic, chopped Fresh chives, chopped Fresh parmesan, grated Toothpicks Micro-brewed beer In small food processor combine cream cheese, garlic and chives while consuming a thirst quenching beer. In large mixing bowl mix three drops of fruit and vegetable wash with about two quarts of water. Massage jalapenos for about 30 seconds, rinse and place on cutting board. Have another beer when done. Halve jalapenos lengthwise and scoop out seeps with a spoon. I like to leave some of the seed veins because I like some heat. Use nitrile gloves. Celebrate with a perfectly chilled beer. Fill jalapeno halves with cream cheese mix. Continue to enjoy a refreshing beverage. Cut bacon strips into halves and wrap one halve around each filled jalapeno. Secure each end of bacon strip with toothpick through jalapeno. Top with pinch of grated parmesan and place on cooling rack inside of baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake in oven at 425 for 20-30 minutes while drinking another beer or two, or until bacon is done. Oh mama!!! Wash down with delicious beer.
