The humidity has dropped a bit here, and finally getting a couple of days off. So I thought, Low Country Boil!

Making it for one is a bit tough. I'm used to cooking for a few. But since both of my sons are no longer in the area,
I'm pretty much on my own.

So here's my twist...

Southern cajun sausage,
Corn on the cob
garlic
red potato's
cajun crawfish
fresh live blue crabs (got more than I need - a dozen kickin in the fridge)
And of course beer!

What the heck ---- right?
