I got a new assignment from P.V. Publishing today. Sherry Gore has a new pie cookbook coming out in '13 and she wanted me to work up a recipe she got for...get this..."tomato pie". My initial read through on the recipe left me wondering a bit about it. It's an Amish recipe but the spices made me think Italian. Hmmm. This pie is meant to be a side-dish..... I'll let you guys know how it turns out...and I'll include pics of my work.

Before I'm allowed to make any suggestions I have to prepare it exactly according to the recipe and write a critique on what I'm given. We'll see how it works out......
