Ohio state blew a 16 point lead. I had no clue who the referees were

It is as much because they settled for field goals in the first half. The targeting was a legit call. I thought the scoop and score play was ultimately called wrong, and can understand the gripe there. But at the same time...you had the lead at the end...just needed a stop.

Don't know how they could have overturned that play. the receiver pulled the ball into his body, 4 steps were taken with the ball in his hands. Obvious that call came from someone else further up network.

I didn’t see the indisputable part of the call to overturn it, but it brings up a quandary. Refs are trained the let the play go, no matter what. Yet, at the same time, the standard is indisputable evidence to overturn. That would seem, to me, to create a situation where a ref might think a call goes one way, but lets it go because he’s trained to, only to then go back and search for something indisputable. It would seem, to me, to then always favor a play as a fumble, all other things being equal.

I didn't, OSU did. and the lead would have been 7 more points than it was. simple as that. wouldn't have mattered Clemson scored and the 2 pt conversion. they still would have been down by 1 with 1.46 to go in the game

Day had played it right being aggressive all game. Suddenly, 4th and 4 with a chance to put Clemson away...and he punted from inside the 40.
