I am researching for a good sauce for my Christmas Roast Duck. My sons and I used to get the Orange sauce from our local Chef. However, he no longer owns the restaurant down the road and has since sold his restaurant and retired. So now I need to find the perfect sauce to go with our Christmas Roast Duck. I am thinking of doing a Risotto and soy sauce n sesame seed green beans. Not sure if I am going to add my squash souffle or not. Suggestions welcome.
Desert of course will be Creme Brulee'
