I shall smoke a tri-tip tomorrow and surround it with wings. I'm shall coat the tri-tip with bacon grease and rub and see how that works out. Fotos or it doesn't happen..... Well, I couldn't find any wings on sale so I only did the tri-tip. Slathered in bacon grease and liberal amounts of steak rub. Came out scrumdiddleyicious!!!    |

This beef is so tender I was cutting it with my fork. It looks more done in the photo than it was. Plus, that wasn't the thick end that I sliced. It came out purrrrfect, dahling...
