I really don't eat many hotdogs. Mustard and diced onion 99% of the time. We have German brats from Trader Joe's quite often though. Spicy mustard and heap loads of 'kraut are the only things that should ever touch a brat.

Sharon's originally from Bucyrus, OH...they have a brat fest every August.  That was where I was introduced to 'em almost 50 years ago.  Kraut & peppers.... along with that mustard...

Hold the pickles and tomato. I'd put sauerkraut or chili and onions on that doggy. Maybe some grated sharp cheddar cheese as well.
I got the last two tomatoes from my garden Sunday. Waiting for them to fully ripen on the windowsill and we'll have BLTs one last time before next summer.
