Can anyone tell me how I can get photos to post on here. Seems everything I try dosen't work. Thanx in advance. Yes ... look at the 2nd line down under the blue bar just above, it is labeled "Attachment". Click on the Browse button at the right of that, and that will open a little file manager window which you use to find a picture on your own computer disk. When you click on Post Reply below it will upload the file to the board, and the pic will appear inside the post when others read it. If you want to post a copy of a pic you see somewhere on the web, then right-click on the photo and choose 'copy link location' [it'll be something like that] -- then back at the post you are creating here, right-click in the body of it and choose 'paste'. That will put a URL into the post, then just edit before the link, and [/img] after, finally click on Post Reply below. The pic will appear inside the post when viewed later. Hope that helps. The second method above is what you'd have to do if you use a site like PhotoBucket.

Let me try this...So how to cook this?
Cut into steaks if you like 'em. Grilled over oak fire, brushed with melted butter, salt, pepper, sprinkled with parsley. Or boneless/skinless fillets, brushed with mayo, sprinkled with paprika & grilled in a fish basket. In either case, served with risotto & a veggie. Dry white wine.

Fillet it, throw some in the freezer and then throw some in a gallon zip lock with italian dressing for 24 hours....Throw 'em on the smoker, serve with rice a roni and asparagas covered with packet-made hollendaise....Squeeze a little lemon on the fish and keep tartar sauce nearby as needed.....Just keepin it real.....you'll love it

You're doing this just to bait me, aren't you? Rice-a-Roni? Packet hollendaise? Keeping it real? With that imitation stuff? Instead of Rice-a-Roni, use some of that homemade chicken base I've been harping on you guys about to make risotto. (only 1/2 hour to cook and it holds on the warmer just fine). If you want Hollandaise you can do it in the blender....and it's surprisingly easy. Use this recipe....I do. theshiksa.com/2012/03/14/julia-childs-easy-blender-hollandaise-sauce/

Well, I always catch and release so all your recipes are of no use to me. If I ever hook that trophy that will get me in the record book I will be in a quandary as to release or have it taxidermied for the wall.

O BABY!!! EXCELLENT!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. Whatever that stuff is, it adds some cohesiveness to the liquid and the rice and that makes it come out as smooth and silky as lake water at sunup for the first water skier on the lake...we're talkin smmmooooooth......
