Adds too much sweetness to the thing, IMO...That puppy needs a nice big ol' Kaiser or Grinder Roll or some such thing. But beef, portabella and swiss is definitely in my wheelhouse.

They were so good I ate 2, and they were BIG burgers 1/2 pounders.I am so full now lol.

I just don't know how to deal with being in agreement with you on stuff all the time......

I would have toasted the bread, added either onions of a horseradish spread and definitely added some crispy bacon. ;D Oh and a good dill pickle on the side.

Horseradish ?Hell no cant stand it , and only eat it when I'm trying to clear up a sinus infection. Bacon definitely ,but forgot to get it at store. Dill pickle good idea will try to remember that next time.
