Totally impractical. It carries only 2 people and one of them is a pilot. You do NOT want to be in the air without a human onboard to deal with an emergency, and no machine is emergency free.

Not to mention, a 4 wheeled taxi or rickshaw can stop anywhere to load and unload passengers. This monstrosity can not.

What a waste of money.
