When will Demoncrats and other gun haters figure out that attacking Americans' 2nd Amendment RIGHTS, harassing and persecuting good Americans, will NEVER do anything to stop crime? The FedEx shooter bought his guns legally. He USED them illegally.
Will Dumbass Dems ever get the message?

At what point was he adjudicated mentally deficient?
Was he ever charged and convicted of any violent crime?
As far as I can tell, he was NOT.
And if he was, then he lied on his Form 4473. NO LAW would stop him. NO LAW stops any CRIMINAL.
"Red flag" laws can be used simply to harass people you don't like. You don't violate people's rights because YOU might be scared of them. That is a YOU problem.
Do you have PROOF he was mentally deficient?
Lieberals simply want to violate the rights of good people and disarm them so they can be more easily controlled. Lieberals want to LIE about certain groups of people so that other citizens will turn against them. Those tactics are EXACTLY what Adolph Hitler used.
Learn history. It is important if this country is to survive.

HER OPINION ONLY. NO DOCUMENTATION TO SUPPORT THAT.
He said the FBI was called after items were found in Hole’s bedroom but he did not elaborate on what they were. He said agents found no evidence of a crime and that they did not identify Hole as espousing a racially motivated ideology.
HE DID NOT DISPLAY ANY CRIMINAL TENDENCIES OR RACIAL ANIMOSITY.
A police report obtained by The Associated Press shows that officers seized a pump-action shotgun from Hole’s home after responding to the mother's call.
