I have noticed a strange connection between N.O. & B.R. with Atlanta.    Local thugs either go there, or are FROM there.   And most of them are "aspiring musicians."   Speaking in honest language, that means they are violent rappers.

Maybe Atlanta is a particularly active drug hub, or there is a really good illegal gun trade there.
