If you were conscious at all this past weekend, you should be well aware of the high number of "the people" who shot each other, resulting in numerous deaths and even more woundings.
More gun laws are not going to do anything. Existing gun laws are not going to stop anything. Signs and pieces of paper are not going to stop illegal shootings. Disarming law abiding citizens won't work, either.
So how do we fix the problem of American thugs killing each other (which is actually a good thing) while also killing and injuring INNOCENT people?

There is a readily available process that although will not stop all of the violence, will cut down on a lot of it.
What is that process?
STOP AND FRISK.
Right now, an armed criminal can walk right past a cop, and if his weapons are hidden well-enough, the cop can't touch him until AFTER he uses that weapon to rob the mom and pop store two blocks down, around the corner.

It's time to reinstate stop and frisk in statistically proven high "gun crime" areas.
And of course the whiny baby lieberals here will say that is a violation of the criminals' rights. Big motherfucking deal. The innocent people who are murdered and wounded by criminal thugs have the right to live without being shot.
"But what if you are legally carrying a concealed weapon and the cop violates YOUR rights by stopping and frisking YOU?" [Says the whiny ninny lieberal]

"I'm sorry this is wasting your time and mine, officer, but I am happy to see that you are actually being allowed to catch criminals BEFORE they use their guns illegally. I don't mind this slight inconvenience so that our streets are safer for our children and elderly people. Stay safe, and I got your back, brother (or sister)."
