....meanwhile, Makers announces they are going to water down their bourbon to reduce the alcohol content by 6% to increase their supply. Apparently worldwide bourbon demand has doubled in the past 10 years.
And here I thought it was my bartender that watered my drinks.....

Makers Mark is only reducing the alcohol by 3%. They're going from 90 proof (45%) to 84 proof (42%). So it'll now take 3 1/2 drinks to get you knee-walking drunk instead of 3.
