Today is my older Brother's B/day and (of course) mine was last Monday (tee-hee) SOOOOOOOO it's been decided he will come up 2 my place for the weekend (He lives south of Hotlanta (tee-hee) ......SOOOOOOOO, Time 2 fire the Big Schmoker and let 'er rip (tator chip, tee-hee)  .....My plan is to apply dry rub tonight, let sit til temari and then throw on schmoker at 10 am til bout 6pm at 225F....About 4 hours into schmoking (around 2 or 3 pm), I'll start brushing on the Jack Daniels BBQ sauce and get that workin .....There WILL be fotos temari so you can all drool and Fred will HARRY-CARRY himself kauz he's stuck with sucky 'ol Tri-tip.....loser... I'm doin' ribs tomorrow too, fool.    My brother and I went KUH-RAZY eatin some ribs ....AND (I shit you not) we drank shots of: 1.) Petron 2.) Jose quervo 3.) Bacardi white 4.) Wild Turkey 5.) B&B (Brandi liquor) 6.) Vodka (Absolute) 7.) Couple of Heinekens each DAMMIT BOY !!!!! |
