Worst Cooks in America with Bobby Flay and Anne Burrell  Starts at 9 EST..... Whats REALLY cool about tonight is that since tonight is the season opener, nobody has been eliminated... I.E. Tonight you get to see the WORST of the worst cooks in America....YES !!!! Imagine being thrown off first out of the worst they could find ....LOL....Oh the shame |

The "tryouts" are always kinda dumb. You and I both know that people are playing up how bad they are in order to get onto the show. After the tryouts are done and they have to compete to stay on the show....THAT is when you really start to see how bad these people are as cooks. And what I love is watching the Chefs show them how to do things....good stuff!

Oh, and by the way...some nice tips on sauteed fish...leave the skin on, get the pan real hot, lay the filet skin side down to crisp (and this is crucial) and to shrink the skin....and it will come free when it's done...then flip it ONLY ONE TIME! Like a steak, fish suffers when flipped to much.
