Meanwhile, back to the topic. If CA takes the lead of Texas and passes a vigilante law regarding guns, and the SCOTUS continues to uphold the Texas abortion law, I might get to sue any gun-seller in the state who sells a gun defined as an assault weapon by the state. That should be fun.

The are NO guns sold legally in CA that are defined as assault weapons as defined by CA, dipshit.
