The 'Hot Hand' Phenomenon

    This is a subject that has interested me for years.  When I used to play basketball, I noticed that there were days when my shots tended to hit nothing but net, and other days when they tended to clang off of the rim.

    Nowadays, I notice the same phenomenon when I play golf.  There are days when I tend to hit a lot of greens and sink long putts, and other days when I can't buy a birdie without going to KFC.

    Never could figure that one out.

LOL...I doubt could do 'nothin but net' that many times in a row from a ladder directly in front of the basket.

Impressive. When talent meets opportunity and dedication. His muscle memory and depth perception is absolutely ridiculous. All of those shot had the same motion. Exactly.

He's been shooting that shot for 30 yrs. Obviously shorter and lower in the beginning. FTWIW he skimmed the back of the rim twice. Though that matters not. Still uber impressive. His dad, a sniper in his own right, actually convinced him to start releasing higher when he got to the show.
