    Ever studied the history of what happened to the Taos Pueblo during the Mexican American War?

    Meanwhile, there was also violence and carnage committed by Native Americans against whites-- including massacres of women and children.

    Some tribes were more vicious against European intruders than others-- e.g., the Blackfeet, Sioux, Utes, Comanches, and Apaches.  Pawnees routinely killed a lot of white pioneers in the early days of the Santa Fe Trail.

People have been fighting and killing each other for as far back as we know.

Unfortunately, that is the way of the world, and nothing will ever stop it.

We have seen tyrants and dictators take over many countries and enslave or totally control the people, and that is exactly what Demonrats are trying to do to the United States of America.  Unless we vote them out and render the remaining ones moot, this country IS headed for another civil war.
You can only push freedom-loving people so far before they begin to push back.

Learn to read.  Where did I ever say the Sand Creek Massacre was "justified?"

You have always had trouble understanding context and content.

Of course, I believe that what the Ohio Methodist preacher Chivington did at Sand Creek was an abomination.

But I'm talking about context-- i.e., the 500 year historical context of European genocide of Native Americans throughout the Western hemisphere.

The Spanish Conquest.  The centuries-long theft of Native American land in North America-- beginning on the East Coast in the 17th century.

The Trail of Tears-- launched in the Southeast.

Sand Creek was a late footnote in that genocidal 500 year history.
