The beauty of the AR is the nearly unlimited ability to change out parts. For example, I put B.A.D. short throw selector switches in mine that I really like. Instead of a 90° throw it's a 45° throw, ambidexterous.

Selector switches?  I wouldn't advertise that.
Mine has a simple safety lever ..... "Safe" or "Fire."

They all have three positions, you just can't get to the third one unless you hog out the inside of the lower at the right spot and have an auto sear trigger if you want the fun position.
