Been a good week for OU sports teams…first, softball team won second straight Women’s College World Series national title. And, today baseball team advanced to Omaha and the College World Series. SEC! SEC! 😎

Gonna take some getting used to for me as well. In the end I think it will be good move, but we will have some growing pains.

After LSU got whipped, I sorta lost track, but I think the REAL SEC will be well-represented in Omaha this year.

Don't be surprised to see some LSU fans there.   They seem to go every year, no matter what.

After LSU got whipped, I sorta lost track, but I think the REAL SEC will be well-represented in Omaha this year.

Thanks...FWIW, I believe there are 3 SEC teams going to Omaha. As for OU being there? Damn sure never saw that coming.

Auburn still has a chance to go too, which would give the SEC 4 out of 8 teams.   We'll find out tonight.

Saw this morning that Auburn also made it. Thought Sunday was last day…didn’t realize games still played yesterday. So, that is 4 SEC teams in Omaha. Impressive. From what I see, the surprise team is Notre Dame. Where the hell did they come from?

Like I said, baseball is a strange game.
I don't know where Notre Dame came from, but I guess they have a pretty good team   We'll find out soon enough.   Remember, Paul Mainieri came to LSU from Notre Dame, so maybe some of him still lingers there.
