I live in an older neighborhood and soooooooo the rest of city built up just west of me.....What does this mean ?

WALMART, LOWES, ARBY'S, MCD's, licker stores, grocery stores (3), post office and EVERYTHING ELSE is literally only a few miles away....LITERALLY......The SUPER Walmart is 2 miles as the crow flies....you CAN'T beat it.....TOO EZ to do yer shopping there....2 EZ.....
