NEVADA WOLFPACK - AT NEW MEXICO STATE AGGIES +9 ex-gopher coach jerry kill takes over las cruces this season, where there's been just 1 year over .500 since '02. nevada has been strong making the post season (4 straight bowls) but enters '22 weak on experience (just 6 returning starters, last in fbs in terms of experience) and brought in 12 transfers to help fill the void for new head coach ken wilson. in the wolfpack's last 26 road games, they've only won 7 by 10+. kill's teams, btw, are 17-8 ats as double digit dogs, 6-0 ats the last 6 at home. the aggies hang around. VANDERBILT COMMODORES AT HAWAII RAINBOW WARRIORS +8 you don't see vandy laying a td+ on the road very often (not since '13, a 24-7 win/ats loss as a 29 pt favorite at u-mass). but it makes sense considering the off season hawaii went thru. the rainbow warriors also only have 6 starters back, after massive player defections via transfer portal due to accusations of mistreatment by ex-head coach todd graham, who's been replaced by former hawaii qb timmy chang. w/the 'dores not winning a sec game since '19, I think they pour it on here. |
