justin fields has been in my life since he was a jr. in high school. he verballed to PSU when he was only a 3 star, relatively unknown recruit. then he blew up his senior year and became a big-time 5 star recruit almost overnight. he eventually switched his commitment to ga. it didn't quite work out at ga so he transfered to ohio state. he was unbelievable for two seasons at ohio state. psu settled on their backup plan and signed will levis, who was recruited by no other big schools. and now levis has a chance at becoming a first-round draft pick this year even though he wound up transferring to kentucky.
i just got my first look at fields as a pro with the bears this past weekend. he's amazing. just faster and stronger than everyone else on the field. if the bears can get the right talent and coaching around him, he should be able to win a ton of games. he's going to be a big time NFL star.
what the hell were the jets thinking taking zach wilson over fields? the jets have a lot of good, young pieces and are pretty close to being a pretty good team. could you imagine if they had fields instead of wilson?

Pretty crazy to think about it now but there were a lot of Justin Fields doubters going into the draft. Now, he is the only reason to watch the Bears.

Had Justin fields not transferred to Ohio State, he would have been backing up Stetson Bennett in the NC game instead of JT Daniels.
