Thirteen years ago, only two states — Vermont and Alaska — allowed its residents the unfettered right to carry a gun, relying on the Constitution’s Second Amendment as a blanket permit for all.
Since 2010, however, nearly two dozen states have followed suit, with 11 of them passing permitless carry laws in the last three years alone.
The growing movement has chalked up wins in state legislatures with remarkable speed, drawing cheers from gun rights advocates while raising fears among reformers that the changes will lead to more guns in the street — and likely more violence.

Louisiana's two largest Demonrat-controlled cities have the largest murder rates, and most of those murders are black-on-black. Louisiana also requires permits for legal concealed carry.
Now what can we gather from this?

Let us examine the wording on this chart. What does "intentional homicide" mean? "Intentional" means deliberate; not accidental. "Homicide" simply means the killing of one human being by another.
So if a cop kills a thug who is an immediate threat to society, that is an intentional homicide. But it is NOT a crime. If I shoot and kill a thug who is trying to harm me or another innocent person, that is an intentional homicide, but it too, is NOT a crime.
Only ignorant lieberals like PsychoTheRapist automatically equate homicide with murder. They are NOT the same.
And yes, where there are more guns, the instances of successful self-defense by using a gun will by default be higher than in places where citizens cannot defend themselves.
Another FACT lieberals are too stupid to understand.
