Baby bella mushroom caps, stuffed with homemade pimento cheese (cracker barrel sharp cheddar, pimento, mayo, salt and pepper to taste along with some garlic powder) bake for10-12 min
I would add crab, but my wife doesn't approve.

Chopped frozen spinach thawed, marinated quartered artichoke hearts, grated parmesan cheese ,table spoon of sour cream, ts of mayo,chopped Vidalia onion...mix in a bowl, put in caserol dish top with mozzarella cheese, back about 25-30 min.

BAM!
