Gotta give Andy Reid and the Chiefs a lot of credit for what they have achieved in KC in recent years.
It's hard to do, in my case, because they are division rivals who have owned the Broncos lately.
Denver hasn't won a game against KC since the year we won SB 50.
Reid has managed to keep his team staffed with quality players for several years now-- just as Belichek did in the Brady era.
He drafted Pacheco in the 7th round out of Rutgers, and the kid has been a real warrior.
KC's defensive secondary also played well yesterday. Hurts completed some terrific passes into tight coverage, and there weren't any major busted coverages that I could see.
How about the Eagles' O-line on those QB sneaks? Complete dominance.

I understand the game itself was pretty good ---- I admit I watched snippets but I didn't give a shit who won. I haven't watched the Chiefs since Len Dawson was their QB, and I can name only three noteworthy Eagles QB's ------ Norm Van Brocklin, Sonny Jurgensen, and Ron "Jowls" Jaworski. I think Roman Gabriel tried there a few years, too. Both of those teams just basically played victims to all the other, better teams,
When I thought halftime was over, and changed channels to catch the first parts of the 3rd quarter, and instead my eyes and ears were assaulted by the most horrible jungle dancing and music I ever expected outside of a National Geographic production. It was totally inappropriate for an audience that is made up of many races, nationalities and cultures, being broadcast world wide, it gave a false image of the true makeup and IQ of American citizens.
A big shout out to Kari Lake, who refused to recognize a bogus "Black National Anthem." The United States is NOT a "Black Nation," therefore this song is a direct affront to the TRUE United States, it does NOT represent the United States of America in any fashion, and should not be allowed in any event where "The Star Spangled Banner" is played, and where the flag of the United States of America is displayed, or anywhere where U.S. Law Enforcement and Military personnel are required to be.
It's time to compose a "White National Anthem" since WE are the majority.
I wonder what Paul McCartney thought of the "Black National Anthem" and what was a totally trashy halftime "show." That one guy has more music and class in his right foot than that entire clown show at halftime did. I'm sure 99% of all the TV viewers were thanking God that they had the option to NOT be exposed to that shit.
And he was so cool, entering the stadium like a real human being with his wife. No asswipe-looking "posse" surrounding him while they wear $100 worth of fake gold and precious stones.
Nothing of this is in any particular order ----- just my thoughts on how a potentially entertaining football game is ruined by all the bullshit before, in the middle, and afterwards.

Could you possibly be any more racist? None of what I said is racist at all. There is absolutely NO reason for any race to be recognized over another.
Where are Asian History Month and the Asian National Anthem? How about Hispanic History Month and playing "La Bamba" before sporting events? We MUST have Indigenous Americans Month and play The REAL American National Anthem as well.
As for the halftime show, you can find the same thing in any village in the African jungles. That is NOT representative of America.
I'll bet MLK Jr. would be absolutely horrified if he were alive today to see how his Dream has been turned into a nightmare by racist blacks.

Can't wait for next yr. Rumor has it a Mariachi band will be doing the Mexican American National Anthem. In '25, The Native American NA will be featured. Sadly, the Polish American National Anthem, 'Roll Out The Barrel" didn't make the 5 yr cut. But there is hope for all lovers of Polka. My comment had nothing to do with his anthem rant. |
