No. Not anymore Because more and more when I see someone shot on the news the person doing the shooting is one of million law abiding gun owners You don't believe that there are millions of law abiding gun owners that do not do the stupid shit you are talking about? That's pretty goofy to believe that, Mike. Why aren't we reading about millions of gun owners doing stupid shit? Is it all a conspiratorial coverup?? Give it time. More and more every day are doing that stupid shit

You still here? Thought you were done with this subject?
It's relevant because the 4 idiots who did the stupid shit were being used as an example of everyone who owns guns. FTR, I am out of the business of answering questions about what we should do, because gun owners are not rational players. They'd rather see dead school children than have to fill out a form. That's a useless discussion. But I will comment on the malaise. The argument that only a few people mis-use guns and therefore no regulation is required is nonsense. We already have regulation. The idea that more regulation will necessarily lead to zero issues is nonsense. But hey…of Mike’s examples I had only heard of the first two. One was in Missouri and the other New York. Be curious as to what regulation you would add/change, etc. in each state.

No. Do you agree that there are millions of law abiding gun owners that do not do the stupid shit you are talking about? No. Not anymore Because more and more when I see someone shot on the news the person doing the shooting is one of million law abiding gun owners Respectfully, that’s confirmation bias on your part. There are about 75 million people in the U.S. who own guns. The number of those doing the stupid shit is very small. Lots of gun owners in your area of rural Ohio, right? How many in your town have been shot for driving up the wrong driveway, or something similarly stupid? Should be a regular occurrence. Is it?

Every single gun costs $5,000 minimum charge No gun can fire more than 10 bullets in 30 seconds Back ground check on every single gun transaction regardless, failure to do so, automatic 10 years in prison Minimum 10 day waiting period All guns must be registered on a national data base All gun owners must carry a license and take classes in order to get the license. Must renew the license every 3 years. Failure to renew all guns go bye bye All gun owners must carry insurance just like car insurance. Failure to do so automatic 5 years in prison. And I'm just getting started

No explanation for people who do stupid shit like that. Generally, even anti-gun folks are against supporting a tool to a frequent issue involving firearm violence. Federal database access to mental health records and the providers who supply care.

No, it's his policies that are creating the rise in gun violence. Your blind spot here is obvious. Yours is glaring

Do you think criminals pay full price? No gun can fire more than 10 bullets in 30 seconds not sure of the relevance hereBack ground check on every single gun transaction regardless, failure to do so, automatic 10 years in prison
Minimum 10 day waiting period AgreeAll guns must be registered on a national data base AgreeAll gun owners must carry a license and take classes in order to get the license. Must renew the license every 3 years. Agree Failure to renew all guns go bye bye Fines at first, then bye bye, just like a driver licenseAll gun owners must carry insurance just like car insurance. Failure to do so automatic 5 years in prison. Why?And I'm just getting started

So many of you gun freaks keep saying guns and everyone who owns them are cool people who have guns for protection and don't want to hurt anyone Then please explain the last week or so A black teen rings the door bell of the wrong house and the owner shoots him twice through a window nearly killing him A young girl pulled in the wrong driveway in New York and the owner of the house killed her with a shotgun as she was leaving 2 cheerleaders accidently opened the wrong car door. Saw their mistake left went to the correct car. The guy got out of his car went to theirs and shot them. One is still in the hospital in critical condition A 6 year old girl was playing basketball in her yard when her ball rolled into her neighbors yard. The owner came out and shot her and her dad. The dad is still in the hospital Not a single of these shooters were in any danger And every single one of them were legal gun owners with no prior criminal record There will always be people who are not criminals until they commit a criminal act. People who misuse their guns should be prosecuted and if found guilty, sentenced to the maximum
Meanwhile, there are 72 million Americans who did NOT misuse their firearms in a criminal matter.
Therefore, you do NOT punish the majority with absurd gun laws that real criminals are not going to obey anyway.
Don't we have laws against deliberately harming people for no reason? Don't we have laws that say you can't murder other people?

When has any legal gun owner said such a stupid thing? You damn well better provide a ink to THAT stupid comment. No lawful gun owner wants to see guns used in a criminal manner.
Now answer a sensible question: Why don't laws against murder stop people from killing other people?

And I'm just getting started So you want to enact racist gun laws. Gee, that's no surprise.
How many good black, Hispanic, or people of other minorities who are stuck in the ghettos can afford to pay $5000 to exercise their RIGHT to own a gun for self-protection?
You want to enact a law that would let the government know who owns guns, to make it easier for a tyrant to confiscate all guns.
You think a person must have a license to exercise a RIGHT. Let me know when you think people should have a license to vote. Voting, like owning guns, is a RIGHT.
The NRA and other pro-gun organizations offer gun safety courses, without the gov't sticking its nose in it.
People who carry guns should have personal liability insurance. but trying to mandate it again is a violation of rights.
No which one of the stupid laws you propose will stop criminals from committing murder? How many of your stupid proposed gun laws actually go after CRIMINALS?
