So again. Never happens. So how often do people get shot. 1 in 5 years. 1 in 10 years. How rare is this event? Never said never. Not even close to never. So far this year, it's been an average of roughly every single day, with a total body count of about equal to a planeload of people killed in crashes every two weeks. You call that 'rare'.

The guy was wrong for shooting at people when he should not have, which means he is NOT a "law abiding gun owner." The kids were wrong for trespassing on the man's property. Naturally, I can't find a single article that mentions the time of day when this occurred, but if they were trespassing at night, that makes the situation even more dangerous.
No one wins here, and the man who did the shooting has been charged, as the law requires. The gun did absolutely nothing wrong.

You call that 'rare'. Most of the shootings happen in Demonrat controlled cities/states where "gun control" is very strict. So why don't criminals obey those laws? Isn't it illegal to intentionally harm someone without his permission?

Not even close to never. Only one using never is Mike. Tell it to him, not me. So far this year, it's been an average of roughly every single day, with a total body count of about equal to a planeload of people killed in crashes every two weeks. You call that 'rare'. Mike is talking about mass shootings and indiscriminate murders. And yes, those are rare. And you are going broad brush here. FWIW, the murder rate is lower today than it was 50 years ago. More than half of shooting deaths today (55%) are suicides. When is the last time you heard of a mass shooting suicide? As has been discussed ad nauseum, this is about culture, people and mental illness more than anything else.

Fun fact: Roughly one in 5 guns recovered at crime scenes cannot be traced to a registered owner. You okay with that?

I'd add, "...and 40 million guns." Fun fact: Roughly one in 5 guns recovered at crime scenes cannot be traced to a registered owner. You okay with that? Well, you're ok with that because you never address street crimes and the resulting deaths. You want to make it harder for people to legally purchase a gun but you never are willing to talk about taking guns from known criminals. That's where the mass number of gun deaths come from.

I'd add, "...and 40 million guns." Which shows you how rare it is. Fun fact: Roughly one in 5 guns recovered at crime scenes cannot be traced to a registered owner. You okay with that? Link? Obvious question...are you suggesting criminals don't register their guns?

Obvious question...are you suggesting criminals don't register their guns? I am suggesting that roughly one in five guns used in crimes have no official paper trail of a transfer of ownership. they could be stolen, straw purchased or private transaction, but one in five leave no trail.

I'm talking about guns used in shooting other people. Regardless. Now is that very very rare or does it happen often Still pretty damn rare. There are 400 million guns in this country and an infinitesimal number are used for people shooting other people. Further, the vast majority of those doing the shooting are criminals. Culture, criminals and mental illness are the drivers of gun deaths.

We're talking about you and your constant lying. Do people shoot other people with guns in the USA? Yes or no Aren't we all sinners? So I'm lying when I say people get shot by guns in the country often To answer your 3rd childish and stupid question, no. You're saying that you're a child by the way you post and the lies within. Your two daddies remain silent.
