We have been an open carry state for many years, but contrary to what the gun haters might want you to believe, people are NOT walking around everywhere with guns in plain view.

Our towns DON'T look like something from the Wild West.

There is no requirement that open carriers must prove they are proficient, or know the laws pertaining to the legal use of firearms, so I see no reason why concealed carriers should have to. It is up to each individual to be RESPONSIBLE for himself.
