Almost 80 years. Hard to believe. One hell of an operation. Curious…have you ever been to Normandy? I was there about 15 years ago and they (the French) still remembered and paid respect to the soldiers.

Thanks for the heads up. My neighbor who flew a B17 over the ditch between England and Europe and looked at D Day from above, who lives behind me, is still around. I need to walk over and bring him his fav Blueberry Muffin from Bread Co.
