Why should I get on my knees and beg forgiveness for something I feel is right.

I've posted this video several times on here. It's the closest video there is that truly expresses my feelings on God. There's a part where the man doing in the interview asks "and you think you're gonna get in?" To heaven he means and the answer is "no because I don't want to get in on his (gods) terms cause they're wrong"



I believe God's terms on getting into heaven are very wrong. They're selfish, narcissistic, arrogant, mean, and dehumanizing

And I can't fathom why so many gladly do them only for a chance to sit and do nothing but stare at God forever.

Fair enough, that was cold and perhaps we agree, baptism is BS, other than for some social experience, which is unnecessary for the bigger picture. Fry is presuming to understand the universe from the POV of a terrestrial human.
He has no basis with which to make that comment.

He sees pain and misery and judges it from the POV of the human notion of heavenly benevolence, is confused by the contradiction, and concludes that because he can't understand it, it must not exist.

Those prophets told of the coming...They represented GOD, and advised the Jewish leaders.  And we're ALL still waiting...for the second coming.

The are numerous references throughout the OT, all the way back to Genesis.
